This traditional cottage is located at the charming, priviate  Giants Neck Beack in Niantic CT.  The cottage is two  
floors with bedrooms on the second and is located on a dead end street.    A large wrap around screened  
porch, large yard with a private beach at the end of the street.  Boat launch, two private beaches and clay  
tennis court (additional fee) make for a wonderful quiet family vacation.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completly furnished kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and gas outdoor grill, all bed linens,  
towels, beach towels,  paper goods and soaps included. 
TV, VCR/DVD, calbe television and stereo included.  

Activities and Attractions

It is located on the Connecticut Shoreline, near casinos, museums, recrational, boating and fishing areas, health  
spas, golf and minor leagure baseball park.   Enhance vacation with visitis to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium,  
Niantic Children's Museum and Essex Steam Train.  Kayack up Niantic River from Giatns Neck Beach.  In less than  
one hour you can avail yourself of numerous Rhode Island attractions including the Roger Williams Zoo and   
Newport Mansions. 
 
Community playground is located directly across the street from the cottage.

SPRING:  April 12 - May 31, 2008  $800 per week 
     Note:  Check-in time 3pm Saturday, check-out time 12PM Saturday 
EARLY SUMMER:  June 1 - June 28, 2008 $ 1,000 per week 
   Note:  Check-in time 3pm Saturday, check-out time 12PM Saturday 
SUMMER :  June 29 - August 30, 2008, $1,500 per week 
  Note:  Check-in time 3pm Saturday, check-out time 12PM Saturday 
LATE SUMMER/FALL:  August 31- September 20, 2008  $1,000 per week 
   Note:  Check-in time 3pm Saturday, check-out time 12PM Saturday 
FALL:  September 21 -- October 25, 2008:  $800 per week
