The cottage is two floors with bedrooms on the second floor.  Two bath with showers and an outdoor shower. Charming cottage is located on a dead end street. A large wrap around screened porch, large yard with a private beach at the end of the street. Boat launch, two private beaches and clay
tennis court (additional fee) make for a wonderful quiet family vacation..

Completly furnished kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and gas outdoor grill, all bed linens, towels, beach towels, paper goods and soaps included.
TV, VCR/DVD, cable television and stereo included. Picnic table and outdoor furniture for your convenience.

It is located on the Connecticut Shoreline, near casinos, museums, recrational, boating and fishing areas, health spas, golf and minor leagure baseball park. Enhance vacation with visitis to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium,
Niantic Children's Museum and Essex Steam Train. Kayack up Niantic River from Giatns Neck Beach. In less than one hour you can avail yourself of numerous Rhode Island attractions including the Roger Williams Zoo and Newport Mansions. Two factory outlet centers located within 20 minutes of cottage.

Community playground is located directly across the street from the cottage.
