Traditional Summer Cottage at Giants Neck Beach in Niantic

This traditional cottage is located at the charming, priviate Giants Neck Beack in Niantic CT. The cottage is two
floors with bedrooms on the second and is located on a dead end street. A large wrap around screened
porch, large yard with a private beach at the end of the street. Boat launch, two private beaches and clay
tennis court (additional fee) make for a wonderful quiet family vacation.

Completly furnished kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and gas outdoor grill, all bed linens,
towels, beach towels, paper goods and soaps included.
TV, VCR/DVD, calbe television and stereo included.

It is located on the Connecticut Shoreline, near casinos, museums, recrational, boating and fishing areas, health
spas, golf and minor leagure baseball park. Enhance vacation with visitis to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium,
Niantic Children's Museum and Essex Steam Train. Kayack up Niantic River from Giatns Neck Beach. In less than
one hour you can avail yourself of numerous Rhode Island attractions including the Roger Williams Zoo and
Newport Mansions.

Community playground is located directly across the street from the cottage.
