Beautiful Brand new beachfront apartment (2nd Floor), spectacular
views and relaxing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Step out onto the
glass front balcony to experience the ocean breeze as you lay in the
hammock absorbing the tropical sunrise or sunset.

unique beachfront view of the ocean.
Equipped and furnished with all the amenities that will allow for a
unforgettable vacation experience with or without children.
3 bedrooms - 1 queen size, 1 full size and 2 single beds;
2 full bathrooms (each with tub, shower and hair dryer).
All bedrooms have overhead fans and air conditioners.
Living room has flat screen 42" LCD television with Cable TV and
wireless internet.
The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, filtered
water dispenser, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, digital stainless
steel stove and oven, microwave and coffee maker. Dishes, pots, pans
silverware, cups and grill utensils are provided for your convenience.
Beach chairs are available around the various pools and beachfront.
The unit also provides beach towels.
*****Also available is a unique opportunity to enjoy a learning (hands
on) experience and enjoyment of a typical Puertorrican Dinner, in your
private unit,. This can be arranged prior to your arrival in San Juan
for an additional fee, depending on the selected menu and the number
of servings.
Maid service is NOT provided but a washer and dryer is located in the
unit if you choose to wash items during your stay. A few rolls of
toilet paper and a roll of paper towel is provided. 1-2 towel sets are
provided per person, per stay.

your vacation in a wonderful Resort located in Loiza, Puerto Rico.
Located only 20 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport,
accessible through a scenic route following the ocean line or a modern
expressway, in the town of Loiza. Away from the noise and hustle of
the city but within minutes of shopping malls, golf courses,
restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as the Yunque
Rain forest.

Our property manager or his assistant will meet tenants at San Juan
(SJU) airport's car rental locations. A quick stop at the Supermarket
can be made for groceries and then you will be escorted for a 15
minute ride east of San Juan to our vacation unit at Aquatika.
We will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the condo
complex and the location of the 2 designated parking spaces. In
addition, you will receive the keys to the unit, the remote for the
condo complex gate, and we will also make available to you information
with a contact sheet - with telephone numbers in case of an emergency.
Throughout the complex, you will find multiple pools, - including a
crazy river, water slides, waterfalls, a club house, mini golf,
basketball, exercise room, sauna, jacuzzi, charcoal grills and several
play areas for children.
A vacation condo provides more space at considerable less amount of
money than a hotel room. It's a real bargain

Climate on this tropical island is excellent for outdoor activities
all year round. Activities
in Aquatika:
Beach activities such as swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, fishing,
snorkeling, walking etc.
Several pools, various playgrounds, gazebos, exercise room, mini golf,
basketball, tennis,beach volleyball, sauna, clubhouse with flat

additional night after the first week.
