Solera, a gated active adult community (Del Webb) for adults 55 years
and over. House fully loaded with
washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, 2 TV
sets with extended cable, DVD and VCR, Phone, local calls only,
gas grill, nice patio furniture, garbage/recycling weekly pickup.
Small pet okay upon approval from owner

The community is new as of 2001 and has a great championship golf
course, club house, restaurant, 2 pools,
spa, fitness center, tennis courts, billard room, computer room and
library. The setting is serene with the
community being so new and spacious. Gorgeous desert sunsets and
mountain views that take your breath
away.

quilting, bocce ball, bunko, book clubs, hiking,
