Beautiful home on Prospect Mountain. In-town, close to most
everything, yet private. Private Hot Tub. Main level has FR with gas
fireplace, leather reclinging soft/loveseat, 42" HD/LCD TV and DVD,
Fully Equipped Kitchen with seating for 8+. Bedroom with King Log
bed, sitting area andTV/DVD. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed.
And our pine cone bathroom has a log vanity and mirror, tub/shower
combo. 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and bath. 1 bedroom with 2 beds,1-
King, 1-Full, TV/DVD & french doors for outside deck access. 2nd
upstairs bedroom has a queen log bed, leather loveseat, TV/DVD, and a
private deck facing the mountains with breathtaking views. Upstairs
bathroom has Dancing Bear decor, log vanity & mirror and a tub/shower
combo. All are decorated in beautiful mountain/wildlife themes. The
home has over 2000 sq. ft. and there is over 1300 sq. ft. of deck. In
the summer we have a waterfall and pond on one of the decks. Lots of
wildlife and fantastic views of Twin Owls, Lumpy & Cathedral Ridges,
The Historic Stanley Hotel, Lake Estes and Mount Olympus.

Hot tub with fantastic views of the mountains, Lake Estes, & Mt.
Olympus. Weber gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances,
dishwasher, ice maker. We offer free broadband/wireless internet, and
free unlimited long distance. Full size washer/dryer. We have quality
linens and bedding. For the little ones we have a pack-n-play,
portable crib, 2 kids cots for aqes 2-5, restaurant high chair,
regular high chair & booster chair. Beds included- 2-King, 2-Queen,
1-Full.

Walking, hiking, snowshoing, skiing(Eldora Ski Area, about 45 minutes
away) Rocky Mountain National Park, and all it has to offer, Lake
Estes boat rental, birdwatching, shopping, wildlife watching. In the
warmer months Estes Park has numerous special events in the various
parks for your enjoyment and activities on the
Riverwalk.
