Vacation Rental Description
Our gorgeous 4 bed (with 2 kingsize master suites - No arguments as
to which family has the master!), 3 bath villa
with south facing pool and spa just 10 mins from Disney.
We now have a new p.c with FREE WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET access
for all our guests to use.
If you are looking for the comforts of home with that little
something extra, please look no further.
We are very proud of our holiday home and we are sure you will enjoy
your holiday in Sunflower villa as much as we do.
Sunflower Villa has 4 bedrooms, both master suites have 6ft beds,
with direct access to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom in master
2 doubles as a pool bath. The villa has 3 bathrooms, each has a
supply of fluffy towels and a hairdryer.
Each of the four bedrooms have cable TV, alarm clocks and built
in wardrobes.
One twin room has a 27 inch TV with Playstation 2 and a selection of
games. The other twin has a toybox full of toys to help keep the
little ones entertained at all times.
All national and international calls to USA, UK, Ireland and Canada
are FREE with Sunflower Villa including calls to UK mobile phones.
The kitchen diner is a cooks dream with every modern convenience,
dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, glass top stove,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal unit, etc ...The
dining room table seats 6 comfortably and there is a breakfast bar
with 2 bar stools.
The contemporary living room has sumptuous furnishings, a 56 inch TV
with surround sound DVD system with DVD movies, Cable TV, a
selection of family games, books on Orlando, a tiled floor, a
portable stereo and alarmed patio doors out to the south facing pool
and spa.
Being south facing ensures the patio area is bathed in the sun all
day (All year round). You can enjoy your breakfast in the warm early
morning sun and your evening meal in the sun set.
The patio is brick paved for that added something special. The
heatable pool is 26' x 12.5' with a spa at one end. The whole area
is enclosed in a clever cage which helps keep out any unwanted flying
insects etc. There is a covered area, called a lanai, with table and
chairs for some respite from the hot Florida sun.
The pool area has four luxurious padded loungers and two drinks
tables, there is also a table and four padded chairs.
Vacation Rental Amenities
High Grove is a meditteranean style gated resort.
It is situated just 6 miles from Disney (10 mins).
There is a brand new Super Walmart less than 1/2 mile away. There is
a Publix supermarket within 1/4 mile. Numerous shops and restaurants
within a mile or so.
High Grove is located On Highway 27 at the intersection with Highway
192.
Activities and Attractions
High Grove has a communal pool and club house and is every bit the
first class resort you would expect to find in Orlando. Pool table,
table tennis, table football,Gym Etc Etc...
High Grove is very well located for all activities including the many
golf courses and fishing venues in Orlando.
