Vacation Rental Description

A very spacious home great for large or multiple families. Home has old florida charm very close to 
beach and Sharkys rest.  Home is exceptionally clean. Lovely HEATED caged pool (set @ 80
degrees) with a shallow section for children. Certain pets are allowed and the dog park is close by 
so your pet can play in the water!  The home has  a relaxed open feel and sunset views.

Home is newly renovated and freshly painted. All who have stayed have truly enjoyed it.

Sleeping (3 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa)- has 2 queens ,1 king, and a sleeper sofa in the family room

*scuba from beach for whale bones and shark teeth - nearby dive shop with boat excursions too
*can bicycle to Downtown Venice - water feature for kids to play in, shopping, restaurants, tennis 
and basketball courts,theater, outdoor gazebo with music, farmers market, etc.
*golf course very close by
*venice jetties nearby for great sightseeing and fishing- very neat!
*squeeze oj from trees in yard every morning!!!
*recomend mi peublo rest. for burrito smothered in sour cream sauce and mariachis on certain nights
dont speed on island - very patroled- we like that!

Performing Arts Center, John Ringling Mansion, Ringling Circus 
Museum and much more!

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season:Jan 1- March 31st  $4700 per month/ $1300 per week

mid Season:November 1 - Dec 31st
$3,500.00 per month /  $1150 per week  

SPECIAL RATE -AUG. - OCT  $625/WEEK

Off Seasson:April 1 - October 31st
$2500 per month/ $800 per week  -  2009 rates $2800/mo,875/wk

$100.00 Dollar cleaning fee per rental term.
 11 percent tourist tax on rent and cleaning fee.
$75 non refundable pet fee- weekly / $200. - monthly

SECURITY DEPOSIT ... Week stay $200.00-- Month or longer stay $500.00 Security deposit returned after 
all 
charges have been determined complete. Deposit returned no later than 45 days after departure
