Cottage is nestled among a group of 11 historic cottages which are
part of the original Juno Beach history. It has 2 bedrooms each suited
with queen bedroom sets. In addition, a bonus room exposed to the
hallway which has a full futon. Bathroom is updated with large shower and
beautiful marble vanity top. Fully equipped kitchen adjoins great room
with cathedral ceilings, split as dining and living area. Reading room
and 1 car garage. The covered porch is a great place to relax.
Additionally, there is a deck on the side. A smoke free, pet free home
with washer/dryer and central A/C.
There are 2 beach access points from the cottage. A private access
exclusive to the residents of Zephyr Way and a public brick paver
beach access which leads to the relaxing beach. Adjacent to the beach
entry you'll find a shower and bench.

January, February, March $1,650 per week plus 11.125% FL tax and $80
cleaning fee.
April: $1,350 per week plus 11.125% FL tax and $80 cleaning fee.

May through October*: $1,300 per week plus 11.125% FL tax and $80
cleaning fee. Add $150 per week for Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor
Day weeks.

November and December: $1,490 per week plus 11.125% FL tax and $80
cleaning fee.
