Vacation Rental Description

This newly furnished 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo with a private patio is
ideal for that special Arizona vacation. Cross streets are 7th Street
and Northern Avenue.

2 BR, 2 BA ground floor condo appointed with new decor located in the
Las Brisas community.  The patio overlooks the tennis court.  The
floor plan places the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the
living room.  The open kitchen/dining area and 9 foot ceilings
throughout create a feeling of space and openness.  Carpet and ceramic
tile floors.  Can sleep up to 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the
master suite and 2 twin-size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms
have large walk-in closets. 

Las Brisas is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10
miles NE of downtown Phoenix.  The grounds contains 3 community pools
with jacuzzi's, tennis court, and Fitness Center.   Nearby is North
Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. 
Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. This centralized location
within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all
the Valley has to offer. Centrally located to airport, Scottsdale,
Paradise Valley, Tempe and Glendale.

Fully equipped kitchen, cable, flat HDTV TV (in living room and
master bedroom), DVD player, dishwasher, central air/heat and full size
washer/dryer. Free high-speed internet. All bedding and linens
provided. Grill on patio, ice chest, beach/pool towels, noodles and
kick board for pool.

Three community Pools with Spas, Covered Parking, Clubhouse, Tennis
Court, Fitness Center; large Supermarket within a mile for all
personal and grocery needs. 

Carport with immediate access/entry....No walking through a
maze of side walks, parking lots and stairs with heavy luggage and
groceries!!!!

Centrally located and close to several grocery stores, shopping and
excellent dining.

Nov. 1 - Dec. 31, 2008 	         $140/day; $840/week; $2520/month

*One year lease available at $1700.00 per month (completely furnished), does not include electricity 
or cable.*

Weekly maid services available for monthly guests at an additional cost. 

*NOTE: Cleaning Fee:  $100 for one week, $125 up to one month, $150 for
longer
25% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is
required 2 weeks prior to arrival. A $250.00 damage deposit will be
held via credit card approval but not charged to your account. Upon
check out, damage deposit will be returned after unit is inspected
with no noticeable damage. 

Vacation condo rental begins at 3pm on your first rental date and end
at 11 am. on your final rental date. The unit will be thoroughly
cleaned prior to your arrival. Smoking is prohibited within the
condominium itself. Respect the property and we'll be happy to have
you back for years to come.

Major Credit Card, Electronic Check/Bank Draft, Travelers Checks, and
Money Order/Cashier's Check are accepted for payment. 

Refunds - Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will happily
refund your deposit as long as you provide us with no less than 14
days notice from the date of your arrival. 

RATE DISCOUNTS:  As a reservation calendar takes form, some open dates
become harder to fill than others.  Further discounted rates are
available during such periods - Please inquire.
