Vacation Rental Description

Walk out the rear slider of this two story house onto the sand of a private beach!  3 Bedrooms plus a loft and 
two bathrooms make this place nice; the Extra kitchen makes this place great!  Plus, you are only seconds from 
a Marina where you can launch your boat!  Take advantage of some of the best fishing in the northeast!  

The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed.  There is also a loft 
area with a futon.  The views and sunsets from the back deck are breath taking!  The downstairs has 2 
bedrooms, one with two bunk beds and one with a queen sized bed.  There is also a bathroom and another 
kitchen with granite countertops.  A washer/dryer is included and the place sleeps nine legally.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The place is fully furnished and comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, VCR/DVD player, microwave, 
coffee maker, iron and board,  TWO fully equipped kitchens, all cooking utensils (including lobster pots) and a 
gas grill for outside cooking.  Beach Chairs are also included.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include swimming, boating, golf, fishing and some fabulous restaurants.  The house is located 35 
minutes from both historic Boston and Cape Cod.  This is a place you will want to return every summer!
