The Sunshine Motel - Hollywood North Beach in Hollywood

The ocean and the beach are just 100 yards away. This tiny neighborhood of just seven one block streets is surrounded by open space. The Intra-coastal Waterway and Westlake Park to the west, Hollywood North Beach Park to the south and John Lloyd State Park to the north. The neighborhood is so quiet, it's almost a private beach.

We have rooms and studios for rent by the week or month.
All utilities included. Wireless Internet. Cable TV. Kitchen. Parking.
Off-season rates for 1 or 2 persons are $300 per week, plus tax of 11% for a room with a mini kitchen, and studios with full kitchens for $350 per week, plus tax.
We also offer monthly rates, for longer stays.

The Sunshine is small and intimate. It has eight rooms, including five studios with complete kitchens and three rooms with mini kitchens.
Each room can be connected to a studio to make a one bedroom apartment.
Some units have one queen bed and some have one or two double beds.
All have TV, AC and full linen service.
The rooms open onto a central patio with chairs, chaise lounges, tables, a bar-b-que and a fountain.
We also have free wireless internet access.

The Sunshine is just ten minutes from Ft Lauderdale (FLL) airport.

Relax on the patio or on the beach.

Bike along one way Surf Road southward toward Hollywood Central Beach, about two miles away.

Hollywood, Ft Lauderdale and South Florida offer all the vacation possibilities that one would expect
