family home is the perfect getaway for a family vacation, friends ski
vacation,or corporate retreat.

First floor has a 2 car garage,laundry room,a master suite with a king
bed, T.V., and adjoining bath. There is also a bedroom with twin beds
and a full bath across the hall. Second floor has a master suite with
king bed, T.V., and adjoining bath. On the same level is a den with a
fax machine and wireless internet service, bedroom with a queen bed,a
full bath,living area, dining area, and fully equiped kitchen. Off
the dining room is a relaxing covered deck with a gas grill and
outdoor
dining table and chairs.

2 car garage,gas BBQ grill, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer,
iron and ironing
board, hairdryers,well-equiped kitchen, microwave, cable T.V., DVD,
wireless internet service,
and fax.

Extra Services Provided:
Grocery shopping prior to arrival provided for an extra charge.
Daily or mid-week cleaning provided for an extra charge.

50% deposit required to secure dates. Final payment due 30 days prior
to arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date subject
to 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations prior to 2 weeks before
arrival date subject to 100% cancellation fee. We accept personal
checks and cashiers checks only. $300 damage deposit required.

Rentals subject to a 4% lodging tax.

Renters must be 25 years of age. No pets,no smoking. Sorry.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
