Your cottage is on 7 acres on Upper Baker Pond, known as Sunset Ranch Camp. Located in the town of Orford NH in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont.  Ideally located for you to enjoy the many summer activities and attraction at your doorstep, as well as, the area.

Of course, with your own beachfront, you are only steps away from a summer of lake activities. Swim, sunbathe, fish, sail, or borrow a kayak to explore the lake inlets, all this and more is available.

Columbia, our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage, with den is a comfortable getaway for relaxation in a woodsy secluded setting.

The huge 21 x 16 open design of the kitchen and livingroom makes for easy entertaining. A queen bed in the master bedroom and a futon and daybed in the den will very comfortably accommodate your family.

As a guest, available to you are kayaks, a canoe, a sailboat and rowboats. Or bring your own boat and enjoy water skiing and tubing. How about games of ping pong, horseshoes, badminton and bocce. Try tetherball! With a large open field, have a game of catch or toss a football.

Bring your camera, paints and easel as the setting is ideal for walks, photography and landscape painting.

The Appalachian Trail is at your door step. Yes, just down the road is the Appalachian Trail. You'll be able to spend the day hiking the trail and climbing Mt Cube.

Full Season: $8,000.00 June 12  - September 24

Peak Weekly $1,100.00 June 26-September 3
Off-Peak Weekly $700.00 June 12-June 25 and September 4-September 24

Weeks are Check-In: Saturday 2PM, Check-Out: Saturday 10AM
+ 9% NH rental & meal tax
+ $400.00 Security Deposit Required (Refundable if no damage)
