fabulous restaurants and retail of Coast Village Road. Take an easy 3-block stroll down to the  
Pacific Ocean,  
Butterfly Beach, and the Four Seasons Resort.  
 
The house is a Mid-Century Modern. architectural specimen. High ceilings, large rooms, and stylish  
furniture are  
the trademarks of this inviting property. 
 
There are two Master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths. The Master Suite is a private  
area with a  
separate entrance. It has its own living room with fireplace, and a small kitchen. A queen sleeper- 
sofa is  
available if more than 2 wish to stay in the suite. The other two bedrooms in the home each have a  
private bath. 
 
Dining, relaxing, and entertainment are easy. The home has a formal dining area, and two breakfast  
nooks. A  
sun room with daybed is on the south side of the home. Spacious patios surround the property.
