Take the easy 3-block stroll down to the Pacific Ocean and enjoy a morning on Butterfly Beach, then finish with a breakfast on the veranda at the Four Seasons Biltmore Resort. Two blocks in the other direction from the home are the fabulous restaurants and retail shops of Coast Village Road.

The house is a Mid-Century Modern architectural specimen that has recently been remodeled. High ceilings, large rooms, and stylish furniture are the trademarks of this inviting property.

From the spacious Living Room, a wall of glass windows and sliding doors opens to the back patio. Whether inside or out, the Santa Ynez Mountain backdrop to this home offers incredible year round views of the sunsets glow reflected on the mountains.

The Media Room is a sunny space adjacent to the Living Room. A sofa sleeper here adds additional sleeping options for overflow guests. With French doors of clear paned glass, this room can also be closed off to offer alternate television viewing choices from the Living Room while still making it possible to keep tabs on activities there.

The bright Master Suite is off the Living Room and has a king size bed, full bath, walk in closet, and faces the backyard.

The second bedroom is near the kitchen and laundry and is perfect for the kids or teens with two twin beds and another full bathroom.

Across the Living Room, a 3rd bedroom with king size bed faces the front of the house. This bedroom shares a full hall bathroom with the newly remodeled 4th bedroom with king size bed.

Dining, relaxing, and entertainment are easy. For meals, choose from the formal dining area in a bright Sun Room or the informal breakfast table in the Kitchen area. Indoor entertainment is provided by 4 different flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players, and a CD player/stereo. Stay connected with the Wireless Internet available throughout the property.
