easy. The nearby North Pool, ping pong table & miles of scenic trails & available activities will  
keep children and adults happily entertained.

   Low Nightly Rate: $155.00 a night ~ (Every 3rd Night Free)     
 
   Mid Nightly Rate: $190.00 a night ~ Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend (3rd Night Free), President's  
Day Weekend (4th Night Free), Oregon Spring Break (Every 4th Night Free), Memorial Day Weekend (4th  
Night Free), The Summer Months (A Minimum Stay of 4 Nights Required - 10% Discount on 7 Nights or  
More), Thanksgiving (4th Night Free),  
Christmas (12/19/08-12/25/08  - 10% Discount on 7 Nights or More)  
 
   High Nightly Rate: $225.00 a night ~ New Years (12/26/08-01/02/09) NO SPECIALS 
 
Please note that a cleaning fee of $85.00 is in addition to each reservation as well as a fully  
refundable $100.00 deposit. Please note that this is a NON-smoking property, there will be a charge  
if there is evidence of smoking inside the house. 
 
Reservations must be paid within two weeks of the date the booking is placed to reserve the dates or  
within 72 hours (when permitted) if booked less than one week prior to the stay.

There is a One Night Stay Cancellation Charge: You Will Be Refunded the Charges For Your Stay Minus
