arrival.
*Deposit-none, but I do require VISA or MC number and name in case
something MAJOR gets damaged or
broken-Do call or email if you have questions about this...
*I accept cashiers checks, money orders, VISA and Master Card,
personal checks if there is plenty of
time for it to clear the bank
*Check in at 3:00PM(earlier if the place is not occupied),and check
out at 11:00 AM of your last day.
*The unit next door to mine is also available. If you want to plan a
large get together with
friends,a family
reunion, weddings...its the PERFECT set up and a beautiful unit!!
There is no minimum stay and no sales tax,.
