dishwasher and microwave.
-Full size washer and dryer in the unit and laundry soap
-A queen bed in the master bedroom and the guest room.
-Coffee pot and coffee, spices, and some condiments in the fridge
-Computer is set up w/internet in the master bedroom

The unit itself is in a prime location...courtyard in front of the
patio, and just around the corner
from the pool, grills, clubhouse, and workout room...Fabulous!

There are two other vacation rentals across from mine...beautiful two bedroom upstairs, charming 2bd next door. This is the PERFECT set up for groups traveling together!!

something MAJOR gets damaged or
broken-Do call or email if you have questions about this...
*I accept cashiers checks, money orders, VISA and Master Card,
personal checks if there is plenty of
time for it to clear the bank. There is a 10% chg on credit cards, terrible I know, but this is what the company charges me to process(not including the monthly fees)
*Check in at 3:00PM(earlier if the place is not occupied),and check
out at 11:00 AM of your last day.
*The unit next door to mine is also available. If you want to plan a
large get together with
friends,a family
reunion, weddings...its the PERFECT set up and a beautiful unit!!
There is no minimum stay and no sales tax.
