sports fans, it is perfectly located just 5 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium (home of the 
2008 Super Bowl) and 20 miles to Scottsdale's golf courses.  This estate is located near Arrowhead 
Mall, Jobing Arena, Surprise Stadium, and Glendale hot spots.  

Enjoy the outdoors - minutes away from Squaw Peak, Camelback Mountain, North Mountain and White 
Tanks.  20 minutes to night life in Scottsdale.  Experience everything this amazing estate and the 
Phoenix area has to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This spacious, 2-story home has 2 separate family areas on the first floor, one with a big screen TV.  
The gourmet kitchen has new appliances and is perfect for prepping all your tail-gaiting food, or 
making a delicious meal.  It overlooks the second family area.  The master suite has a king-sized bed 
and a bathroom with a full-sized tub and separate walk-in shower.   There is also a half bath off of 
the kitchen.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. There are also 2 full sized bathrooms, 
and another family area with a TV and couches for watching all your favorite sports.

The backyard has a non-heated pool and spa, a BBQ grill, and a grassy lawn.  Perfect for soaking up 
the 325 days of sunshine that Arizona has to offer!

Full size washer and dryer.  Plenty of parking. 

The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet is close to all the sporting events and 
activities.

Activities and Attractions

Football and Hockey Fans: The house is 5 miles away from both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home 
of the AZ Cardinals) and the Jobing Arena (home of the Phoenix Coyotes). 

Golf Fans: Are you in the swing? Glendale is home to many courses, including the beautiful Legend at 
Arrowhead.  All the Scottsdale courses are a 30 minute drive away, including the FBR open at the TPC. 
This PGA tournament is held every year in late Jan/early Feb. 

Baseball Fans, Spring Training: The house is 10 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex, home of the 
Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. It is 15 minutes from the Surprise Stadium, home of the 
Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals.   

Baseball Fans, Regular Season: We are 30 minutes from Chase Field, home of the Diamondbacks, in 
downtown Phoenix. 

NASCAR fans: We are a 20 minute drive from Phoenix International Raceway.  Book now for the November 
Checker Auto Parts 500. 

Basketball Fans: We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix and the United Airways Center where the 
Phoenix Suns and the Mercury play.

Non-sport related activities: Historic downtown Glendale offers over 90 speciality boutiques and 
antique shops.  The Westgate City Center is near the sports arenas and offers restaurants, high-end 
shopping and entertainment venues. Visit the Cabellas superstore.

About 30 minutes to the airport.  1.5 hours to Sedona, and 2 hours to Flagstaff.

Vacation Rental Rates

Season dates as follows:

May 1 - Aug 31:  Summer special of $200 per night

Regular price: $250.00 per night - $1750.00 per week

Holidays- 5 days before and 5 days after, $300.00 per night. (New Year's, President's Day, Easter, 
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Cancellation 30 days prior to reservations - 50% refundable.
Cancellation 29 days prior to reservation - Fees can be used toward future reservation within 1 year

$250.00 Non-Refundable cleaning deposit

We accept Visa, Mastercard (3.5% Transaction Fee) and Money Orders.
