Fall is around the corner and lakeside is the perfect, relaxing way to spend your vacation. You get

Situated on a picturesque lake about 5 miles from Okemo Mtn. and  
about 15 - 20 minutes from Killington and Pico.  Open floor plan  
downstairs with kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, cozy fireside  
sitting area, fireplace, deck overlooking lake, bathroom with  
shower, and sleeping alcove with twin-sized bed. Mud room for  
ski/boot storage. 
   
Two bedrooms upstairs - one with a queen bed and 1 twin, the other  
with a queen bed and 2 twins; wall-to-wall carpeting; tv's/vcr's in  
both bedrooms. 
 
The house has new windows and new vinyl siding.

Winter: 5 miles to Okemo Mtn.even closer to the new Jackson Gore  
entrance; 15 - 20 minutes to Killington and Pico Ski Areas for  
downhill skiing and snowboarding; 15 minutes to Mountain Meadows for  
cross-country skiing; Snowmobiling available nearby.  
Once the lake is frozen, one can ice skate and/or ice fish. 
Mall shopping, movie theaters, bowling, etc. in Rutland (25 miles) 
Many great restaurants and nightclubs within 5 to 15 minute drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Year-round Rate:  $235/night + 9% VT Meals & Rooms Tax   
Rates include utilities and cleaning fee         
$225 - $350 Security deposit required for per diem & weekly  
rentals        
 
For longer terms - inquire. 
Long term rental rate does not include long distance phone calls,  
garbage removal, snow removal or cleaning during stay 
 
$500 - Security deposit required for monthly rentals  
 
$100/week Pet fee
