The Retreat at Dove Mountain in Tucson

New 3 bedroom + Den single story home, 1,600 ft. located on a
quiet Cul-de-sac in The DOVE MOUNTAIN Community -15 miles NW of
Tucson, west of Oro Valley. We are just 5 miles off the I-10
at exit 244 Twin Peaks Rd/Dove Mountain Blvd., 25 miles from TUS International airport.  90 miles from PHX Sky Harbor, exit 240 Tangerine Rd. 

The subdivision is just 2 miles south of The Gallery Golf Club,  and the new Ritz Carlton resort world class golf courses - currently the home of the
PGA Accenture World Match Play Championships in Feb.
Also 10-15 miles to the Famous International Gem Show area also happens in
Feb..

Our house is tastefully furnished with elegant and modern decors.
Split bedroom open floor plan with the living area opening to the
covered porch w/ modern outdoor funiture, extended flagstone patio
with benches,gas grill and portable fire pit. The backyard is backed
up to a wash with nothing but privacy and the views of the Santa Catalina Mountains to the east,g orgeous sunset on the Tucson Mountains in the west.

The Kitchen has beautiful upgraded granite counter tops, dark chocolate cherry cabinets
through out. All stainless appliances, Glass top cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, dish washer,  plus toaster oven and coffee maker.

Seperate Laundry room, two car garage with remote.

A small park is within walking distance in the neighborhood with picnic tables, tennis courts, and play ground for young children.

A shopping area with Drug store/pharmacy, Banks, Italian Bistro, continental Bar&Grill resturant, dry cleaner, etc.,all just across from the subdivision.

Fry's market Place is two miles East from the house on Tangerine Rd. It's an excellant market with beautiful produce, fresh seafood, meat, great selection of wine/spitits,  and almost everything else you can think of...

Direct TV connections, 36" flat screen HD TV and DVD player in the living room, and
a small TV in the Master bedroom.

High speed Internet provided BY REQUEST..PLEASE advise when you make the reservation.

Queen bed in all three bedrooms, plus a Futon bed in the den.
Master Bedroom has large walk-in closet, the bathroom features double
sinks, graden tub, and a seperate walk in shower.

Matching linen and towels are provided for all guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete sets of cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware.

*Starter supplies will be provided per rental.

Enjoy  the serenity of desert living,  there are wonderful walking and nature hiking trails in the area. 
The Ritz-Carlton Resort, and The Heritage Highland Golf Course are open to the public, and  just minutes from the house. More others are within 10 - 12 miles diameter. 

Both Ritz Carlron and The Gallery golf club's have fabulous resturants/bars,  where you can enjoy excellant food and gorgeous views. 

The city is about 20 miles away, and has all kinds of activities to offer on the weekends, such as art shows and outdoor markets, etc.
Enjoy gourmet dining experiences here with some famous Chefs, or little hole-in-the wall authentic Mexican places all over town.

Other attractions :

The Desert Museum, the biosphere, the
vintage Air Museum, planetarium, the missile silo museums.
Sabino Canyon, horseback riding and Jeep trips.

Plan a day trip to Mexico, Tombstone or the Tubac art colony - T-off at the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa, or Rio Rico Golf Resort. 

Snow capped Mt. Lemmon on top of the Catalina Mountains can be interesting in the winter months, or a cool trip in the summer.

Rates are subject to change without notice before reservation agreement is made. 

There is a $150 Cleaning charge,and $400 refundable Security/Damage deposit PER Rental. Security fee will be fully refunded within 10 days of departure, if all furnishing are intact and no damages found.

$400 Deposit is required to reserve in advance, and will be used as refundable Security Deposit later. Total balance (including cleaning fee ) due 2 weeks before arrival.                                                                                                                                         

NOTE: For HIGH SEASON (Jan - Mar) reservations, all balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

*Total RENTAL FEES ARE REQUIED FOR NOTICE LESS THAN 4 WEEKS FROM ARRIVAL DATE. Your understanding is very much appreciated.                                                                     

CANCELLATIONS -- Less than 4 weeks notice (**8 weeks for FEB) from the arrival date is NON-REFUNDABLE.  But an effort can be made to
rebook, if successful, 50% of the deposit will apply towards the new
reservation.

Extended additional stays are possible if the dates are not already
reserved.

We welcome longer term rentals - rates will be negotiated in different terms for 3 months or more.  There will be seperate utilities charges for long term lease.
