Parksville Resort Cottage at Rathtrevor Beach Park in Parksville

With two queen beds and four bunk beds, our 2-story cottage is able to sleep 8 persons easily, plus there is a pullout sofa bed in the living room that will sleep 2 more. The heated indoor swimming pool, plus hot tub is located right by our cottage.

Enjoy the professionally designed décor of the sunlit living room. Come together at mealtime in a full kitchen with place settings for ten, or cook steaks and hamburgers on the outdoor barbecue grill. The cottage has cable television in both queen bedrooms and the living room, free wireless Internet and DVD and CD players. Our cottage has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Cottage accommodates eight to ten guests with two queen beds, four bunk beds and one pull-out bed in the living room. Dressers and closets are provided.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bedroom with four bunk-beds, full designer bedding, adjoining bath for upstairs bedroom, full-length mirrors, dressers, and closets. Upstairs bedroom has a writing desk.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms each with a shower, bath, and extra towels.

Living Room: Couches, padded leather chairs, cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, gas fireplace, reading lights, coffee table.

Kitchen: Dishes and utensils for 10, Electric stove, garburator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, two toasters, full-sized refrigerator.

Electronics: Free wireless Internet, phone with free local service, three televisions with cable, DVD player, CD player.

More: Barbecue grill, wooden deck, patio furniture, puzzle boards, spare bed linens, kitchen towels, bath and beach towels, and washer and dryer.

Resort-wide: Heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, exercising area, monitored security system, tea and coffee shop, day spa and boutique.

Outside of the cottage lies Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park and a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by a Douglas fir forest, the beach provides a perfect place for swimming, kayaking, beach combing, fishing, picnicking and more. Near the beach are several hiking trails that cross through the forest and along the beach, giving you a chance to see the spectrum of scenery Rathtrevor Beach Park has to show. With the changing seasons, this park has something beautiful for everyone all year round.

Nearby is also Parksville, a quaint seaside town filled with arts and crafts studios, entertaining sites and historical buildings. Visit the Craig Heritage Park, see the French Creek Post Office and the Duncan McMillan log house, both more than a century old. Take a walk through Paradise Fun Park, a park filled with over five-thousand flowers and two miniature golf courses. The town also provides a home to the annual Brant Wildlife Festival, a celebration held in early April for the migration of the Brant Geese. Other popular activities include enjoying the spas, fine restaurants, hiking, golfing, beaches, mountain biking, boating, windsurfing and kayaking.

Winter: (Jan 1 - Mar 17; Oct 10 - Dec 15): $500.00 per week
Spring/Fall: (Mar 18 - Jun 23; Sep 6 - Oct 9): $880.00 per week
Summer: (Jun 24 - Sep 5): $1,750.00 per week
Holiday: (Dec 16 – 31: $1,750.00 per week
$25 per day cleaning fee for dogs.

Secure your reservation with a $300 deposit.
Full payment plus a $250 damage deposit are required 45 days before
occupancy.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 45 days in advance of booking will result in full refund minus $25 charge.
Cancellations less than 45 days of booking will result in loss of all payments made.
