The Cabana del Sol is a cute and comfortable waterfront bungalow with a very pleasant pool and
spacious property. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are appointed to accommodate families and
friends up to 12. Tiled throughout the home comfortably dines 9-12 with an updated kitchen and new
washer dryer. The pool and its surrounding deck make for comfortable lounging, with a shaded
hammock under an old black buttonwood tree.

Wildlife lovers treasure this secluded and private property. The neighborhood features daily
wandering visits of endangered Key deer(please keep gates closed). Egrets, Pelicans, and Heron
regularly frequent the property. In the winter, manatees are commonly sighted in the canal looking
for friendly neighbors to give them fresh water drink.


With excellent boating access to Bogie Channel, Less than 100 yards, this property is ideal for
fisherman, divers and Big Pine Key boating enthusiasts.
