This chalet-style home has community lake access for swimming and
boating, a picnic pavilion and Bath House. You can enjoy the
convenience of a boat slip within walking distance. With wildlife,
beautiful scenery and room for your whole family, you cannot go wrong
by choosing 'Mountain Lodge'. Mountain Lodge is located on peaceful
Beckman's Peninsula and is surrounded by Deep Creek Lake. This
4000-plus square foot home was completed in 2004. It is centrally
located to all activities/restaurants and is within walking distance
of Deep Creek State Park. The house is only a short drive from the
Wisp Resort and the brand-new white-water rafting facility at the top
of the mountain. There is always something to keep you occupied at
Mountain Lodge. Play pool, air hockey, darts and numerous board games.
Take a nice quiet walk to the lake, relax in the hot tub or just sit
on the deck and watch the sunset.

Deep Creek Lake is a great place to come and relax. But if you want
activity, there is plenty to do. There is boating and personal
watercrafting in the summer and skiing in the winter. There are tours
and white water rafting, ATV rides through the woods, golf and mini
golf, go carts, bumper boats, arcades, horseback riding, and much
more. Try a new activity like dogcarting or dogsledding when you're
here! At least 8 movies are playing at the Garrett 8 Cinemas at any
given time. State parks such as Swallow Falls and Savage River dot the
area. At a state park or on a private trail you breathe of fresh
mountain air as you see nature up-close and personal. Our home is
central to all of these activities.

* Maryland state sales tax of 6.00% of the total due except the security deposit.
