Vacation Rental Description

 Built in 1872, this home has been beautifully remodeled. The Howard House is located in a quaint 
neighborhood and is just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, downtown shopping, restaurants and fun! 
 The main floor has an open kitchen to dining room area with a separate 14 x 14 living room. The house has 
hardwood floors throughout. One bedroom is on the main floor with a full and twin bed. A full bath is off of the 
kitchen. Laundry facilities are located in the basement.
 Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath.  The master bedroom has a balcony 
off of it to enjoy.  The back bedroom has the option of adding an additional twin bed. 
  This is a non-smoking residence.

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rental Rates for 213 Howard Grand Haven, MI
     Summer weekly rental rates are $1,250.00. 
       July 4th Week and Coast Guard Festival Week are $1,450.

Weekly rental begins at 4PM Sunday and ends at 11AM the following
Sunday. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation. 

The full amount along with $100 refundable damage and cleaning deposit will be due 10 days prior to stay. 
Please send a copy of driver’s license.

The $100 deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after you "checked out", if there is no damage or there is 
nothing missing from the "checked in" inventory. 

We accept cash, personal check, or money orders.
