Howard House in Grand Haven

Built in 1872, this home has been beautifully remodeled. The Howard
House is located in a quaint neighborhood and is just minutes from
Lake Michigan beaches, downtown shopping, restaurants and fun!
The main floor has an open kitchen to dining room area with a
separate 14 x 14 living room. The house has hardwood floors
throughout. One bedroom is on the main floor with a full and twin
bed. A full bath is off of the kitchen. Laundry facilities are
located in the basement.
Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds and a full
bath. The master bedroom has a balcony off of it to enjoy. The back
bedroom has an extra twin bed.
This is a non-smoking residence.

Vacation Rental Rates for 213 Howard Grand Haven, MI
Summer weekly rental rates:
Coast Guard week = $1,550 July 4th = $1,500
June 1st week = $900 2nd, 3rd = $1,000 and 4th = $1,200.00.
July and August = $1,350 with the exception of holiday weeks

Weekly summer rental begins at 4PM Sunday and ends at 11AM the following
Sunday.

A 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.

The full amount along with $100 refundable damage and cleaning
deposit will be due 3 weeks prior to stay.  We suggest you send a seperate check in order for it to be returned to you promptly after the inspection of the home.
Please send a copy of a drivers license of the person responsible for renting the Howard House and the number of persons who will be staying.

The $100 deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after you "checked out", if there is no damage or there is nothing missing from the "checked in" inventory.
