vacation rental description
Built in 1872, this home has been beautifully restored. The Howard
House is located in a quaint neighborhood and is just minutes from
Lake Michigan beaches, downtown shopping, restaurants and fun! The house is perfect for week long vacations, weekend getaways and as a cozy fall or winter retreat.
The main floor has an open kitchen to dining room area with a
separate 14 x 14 living room. The house has hardwood floors
throughout. One bedroom is on the main floor with two full size
beds. A full bath is off of the kitchen. Laundry facilities are
located in the basement.
Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds and a full
bath. The master bedroom has a balcony off of it to enjoy. The back
bedroom has an extra twin bed.
This is a non-smoking residence.

Vacation Rental Rates for 213 Howard Grand Haven, MI
Summer Weekly Rental Rates:
Coast Guard week = $2,000 July 4th = $1,800
June 1st week = $1,200, 2nd & 3rd = $1,375 and 4th = $1,475.00.
July and August = $1,600 with the exception of holiday weeks
+ $75 cleaning fee
Fall and Winter Rates - (September 15 - May 20): Minimum Two Night Stay
$195 nightly rate and a $75 cleaning fee.
Weekly rentals begin at 4PM Sunday and end at 11AM the following
Sunday.
A 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.
The full amount plus cleaning fee will be due 3 weeks prior to stay. Please send a copy of a drivers license of the person responsible for renting the Howard House and the number of persons who will be staying.
Our home accomadates 8 adults and/or children. There will be an additonal $50 charge per day for additonal people staying at the home.
We apologize but NO PETS are being allowed to stay at the home.
