will be refunded within ten days of departure of your stay if the apt is in good
condition and clean.
Deposit- There is a 50% deposit required to hold your reservation. Balance is to be
paid in cash on day of check in.
Methods of Payment- Money orders or certified check.
Cancellation/Refund Policy- Must be made 30 days prior to check in, in writing.
Refund will be made less 15% service charge. If not made in the 30 days prior to
your check in date your deposit will not be refundable.
