Monthly Rentals

November through April
$3,500 per month

May through October
$1,800 per month

Policies:
A discount of 5% is available for rental of 4 months or more
A security deposit of $750 (refundable) within 15 days of departure and a cleaning fee of
$200 (non refundable) includes a maid service on 10-day cycle.
Terms include the minimum of 4 moths rentals.
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days before
occupancy.
