- Everything in this bedroom studio is NEW!  
- THERE IS NO stove in this unit. Only microwave and frig. 
- The entire unit has 170 square feet of living space. 
- Access to the bedroom is through a lockable french-door on the roof-top deck.

Cleaning fee: one-time $35.  Please keep the studio bedroom clean to avoid extra charge for cleaning. 
Parking: $8 additional per night if parking is requested.
