# Cleaning fee: one-time $75. Please keep the vacation rental property 
clean to avoid extra charge for cleaning. 
 
# Deposits: $300. Security deposit is fully refundable, within 
fourteen (14) days following the end of your rental period, if the 
premises are left undamaged, all inventory intact, and all financial 
obligations met. 
 
# Parking: $8 additional per night if parking is requested.
