paver patio.Venice Beach Resort rental is a "duplex" located on the
island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by colorful landscaping .
 It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house with a "Key
West" style and courtyard and has 2 units available for rental.

 A 2 Bedroom 1 bath 1st floor sleeps 6 and a 1 Bedroom 2 Bath
second floor sleeps 4. Both unit have laundry facilities available.
These units have been recently remodled with
new capets and/or wood laminate floors.
Suite #1 is a completely renovated, cute 2 bedroom unit with a living
room, kitchen, full bathroom and separate bedroom.
It has a queen bed in master bedroom , twon beds in second
and a sleeper couch in the living room.
So, it sleeps 6. Paver patio with table and chairs and barbque grill
Suite #2 is also completely renovated, cute 1 bedroom unit with a
living room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and separate bedroom.
It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room.
So, it sleeps 4.

Location is great, but the house not so much. We needed to use the fold out couch for the kids and when we took the cushions off to open the bed there was dirt and food in the cushions, it was gross. Kitchen was short on a few things to be able to cook. There were no wash clothes for the bathroom. The TV only worked half the time. The grill we wanted to use to cook out on and the grill brush was gross and fell apart when we tried using it and the grill grate was rusted and breaking. Most of the things were minor, but for the price at the time we went was too much for what we had. The people staying above us were also very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Great location for price

Over all a good place to stay for the price. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs one br condo. Everything as clean and well kept and were surprised to find a beach umbrella, noodles, kitchen sift, and beach toys in a closet. Easy to contact and work with owner and easy to rent given we decided to go the day before. Only had a few issues. The day we arrived the air conditioning had been turned on only hours before we arrived so it was warm until the next morning. We were concerned when a family of 11 moved in the 2 br condo below but were pleasantly surprised that the noise was lowly audible upstairs. Be aware there is only a stove top, no oven in the kitchen. We didn't look that close before going to the store and bought some food that went to waste. Also the fridge didn't get as cold as I would have liked even turned all the way up. It kept things cold but I was concerned about it keeping the milk good though we had no problems. Venice is a great little beach town. We found 79 shark teeth in one day at Casperson Beach after renting a sift at the pier! Don't bother looking at the Venice or the Pier beaches because we did and found nothing and after talking to locals found that those beaches have been picked clean. If you have time take a trip to Sarasota to go see the Ringling Bros Circus Museum and John Ringling Mansion and the Mote Aquarium! We plan to return to the condo in the future!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, sight seeing

Great location, comfy stay

We had a great stay! Booking our vacation was really easy and getting in when we arrived was even easier. We were even able to come a day earlier without trouble. The condo had lots of towels and linens and everything was in great working order. The only problem we had was with cooking utensils which were a little sparse but not unworkable (I'm just spoiled with really good cooking knives!) We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee and using the grill in the evening for dinner! The location of this condo is amazing for the price. It's a very short walk to the beach and the downtown area is an easy walk as well. Another favorite activity for us was to go look for sand crabs at night out on the beach! Bring a flash light and have fun! We would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Sharon!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
