amenities including 12' above the ground private pool, hot tub, BBQ area, screened porch with TV.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with two homeowner parks providing sandy
beach, boat ramps and fishing pier.
Offering two bedrooms and one bath, fully equipped kitchen-dinning,living room, screened porch with TV, fenced backyard with BBQ area, jacuzzi, 12' above the ground pool 52" deep and outside shower. Central Air Conditioner , TVS with extended Satellite TV (HBO,CINEMAX, STARZ),coin operated washer and dryer, convenient outside refrigerator.
First bedroom has a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom two double beds
(bunk bed)-Sleep 6-. Linens and towels are provided.
Boat and trailer parking available.
