Beach Retreat is a completely private and secluded riverfront home

own PRIVATE beach!  Inside you'll find a completely remodeled and 
absolutely charming cottage of  
exposed beam ceilings, wood floors, and windows, windows, windows!  
Beach Retreat has an open  
floorplan and lovely handmade furniture, as well as a stylish modern 
couch that folds out into a bed  
for 2.   
 
The living room has a cozy wood-burning stove and glass doors leading 
to one of the two decks.  The  
main deck is sunny and has glorious river views, and the second deck, 
also with a river view, is  
covered and has a large dining table and gas grill, making it the 
perfect place to dine al fresco. 
 
A gleaming, modern kitchen awaits you when you decide to cook indoors. 
 Every detail in Beach  
Retreat has been designed to provide you a beautiful and tranquil 
experience.  Best of all, the  
private beach is accessed directly from the yard of Beach Retreat, and 
can only be accessed by one  
other neighbor. 
 
Beach Retreat has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, plus a sofabed, so it 
can sleep 4 comfortably.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer season (May-Sept): 
 
$250/night, $1500/week 
one week minimum 
 
Winter season (Oct-Apr): 
 
$200/night, $1200/week 
2 night minimum, (except holidays) 
 
WINTER/SPRING SPECIAL: 3 nights for the price of 2, any day of the  
week, through April!! 
Holidays 10% additional 
 
Rates do not include 11% Sonoma County Hotel tax 
 
Cleaning Fee: $85 
 
Damage Fee: $40 
 
Booking Fee: $20 
 
Pet Deposit: $50 per pet
