The following rental rates include professional cleaning, all utility bills (with the exception of optional pool
heating), unlimited internet access, unlimited local calls, BBQ use and taxes.
Refundable security deposit of $250.
Final balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival date and subject to a 10% deposit to secure booking.
Pool heating is available at $100 per week (not normally required May - Oct).
Available for $150 (apr-nov) - $180 (dec-may) per day based on a minimum 7 day stay. For stays over 14 days
please contact us for an appropriately discounted rate. Bookings of all duration are welcome.
