Vacation Rental Description

For SENIORS only age 55 and above. 

Villa Del Sol is a luxurious privately owned 4 bedroom/3 bath two-story Mediterranean styled 
townhouse with tiled roof. It is tastefully decorated with all amenities for up to 6 seniors. Villa 
has a Florida Screened Room around pool with comfortable pool furniture including chaise lounges. 
Upper Master bedroom suite overlooks pool & lake. Living and Dining rooms have pool & lake views.

Located in Kissimmee, FL, a suburb of Orlando, and THE doorstep to Epcot Center only 8 minutes from 
villa.

Check CALENDAR for availability. NOTE: The check-in day of a reservation is shown on the calendar 
as completely blocked, when in fact, you may check-out on another party's check-in day. This is a 
bit confusing, please email any questions. For example, you want to check-out on a Friday but 
someone has booked that Friday as the first day of their reservation. It's okay, you may check-out 
that day since the new booking does not check-in until 4:00 PM.

Villa sits on a lake with small ducks and large lake birds to watch from your own private swimming 
pool. One morning, over 100 (I counted them) large white egret type birds flew in for a visit. 

Villa is located in the quiet gated community of the prestigious 3 year old Terra Verde Resort, yet 
only 2 minutes from the popular Hwy 192 strip. Hwy 192 has over 50 restaurants. It has an indoor 
flea market, Wal-Mart Super Center, Sam's Club, and literally hundreds of shops and activities.

shoreline around lake and lead to the nearby Club House via a wooden pedestrian bridge.

Reservations for less than 7 nights pay an additional cleaning fee of $85. Pool heat is available 
for $25 per day (3-day minimum).

We accept PAYPAL, Personal check, or Cashier's check. 

A deposit of $250 is due upon confirmation of this rental and will automatically become non-
refundable 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. A $300 
damage deposit is due with final payment. Cancelations must be in writing. If you are making 
reservations within 30 days of arrival the entire rental amount (less damage deposit) becomes fully 
non-refundable. You will be emailed directions to the home and the lock box code 7 days prior to 
your arrival.

legitimate. The plan provides (free) travelers protection (and peace of mind) by guaranteeing up to
