Garganta is a new four bedroom, four and one-half bath home is
situated on a peaceful hill with wide open ocean views, in the
beautiful La Punta area of Manzanillo, Mexico. Featuring commanding
views of the Pacific Ocean on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, the House is
located on a private cul-de-sac in the prestigious La Punta development.
The home features a large open air living & dining area where is it
easy to relax and entertain while magnificent pacific sunsets provide
the perfect backdrop. The home’s infinity pool and terrace provides
the perfect area to cool-off. Indoors, the home features a fully air
conditioned “great room” that includes a gourmet kitchen with
stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, an intimate
dinning room and comfortable family room, all with magnificent ocean
views.
There are four large bedroom suites that feature air conditioning,
private baths and terraces. Three of the bedrooms have a direct ocean
views.
The home blends traditional Mexican open spaces with the comforts of
modern construction.
At la Punta, guests will have access to a private beach, beach club,
tennis courts, and exercise room, all part of La Punta’s extensive
grounds.

Master Bedroom: Spectacular and spacious master suite with King size
bed, seating area, TV & DVD and large terrace. The master bath
features a Jacuzzi tub; separate shower, marble floors throughout and

Bedroom I: A charming room furnished with a King size bed large
sliding glass doors to a terrace featuring magnificent ocean views.
The natural stone and marble bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Bedroom II: This room has a romantic four post queen size bed with a
large window overlooking the home’s lush patio.
Guest Suite: Located on at the opposite end of the courtyard, the
guest suite it features a King size bed and has vies overlooking the
bay. The natural stone and marble bathroom features a walk-in shower.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning, original art, and custom furnishings.

La Punta offers a variety of activities for residents, from four lit
tennis courts and a shaded pavilion tennis club to the beautiful
private beach and club house with pool.
But Manzanillo and its surrounding area have a plethora of historic,
cultural and outdoor-oriented activities to keep you intrigued, active
and entertained during your entire stay.
Deep Sea Fishing
Manzanillo is considered the “sailfish capital of the world” by many
expert anglers and offers an abundance of big game fish to be
"tackled": marlin, sailfish, tuna, pargo, robaldo and roosterfish.
Golf
Just minutes from La Punta, Manzanillo boasts several top golf courses
ideal for players looking to take the game to new heights with
stunning cliff-top, jungle and ocean side topographies: Las Hadas La
Mantarraya 18-hole course, Club Santiago 9-hole course, Grand Bay's
Isla Navidad 27-hole course and El Tamarindo 18-hole course.
Snorkel & Scuba
Numerous outfits offer tours to the area’s top snorkeling and scuba
diving sites, including the sunken ship at La Boquita, Los Frailles,
Carrizales coral bowl, and the underwater caverns at Elephant Rock.
Whale watching
During the winter from December to April, La Punta becomes the best
seat in the house to view the giant California grey whales on their
annual migration down from Alaska to birth and nurse their young. Take
a boat tour out to sea to witness the huge creatures up close!
Boating
Boaters love the open ocean and numerous coves and beaches the area
has to offer. Las Hadas marine is a great option to store vessels and
nearby Barra de Navidad has an excellent gas-up facility for all size
yachts.
Shopping
Visitors looking for shopping bargains can find some local steals at
the beachside markets, which sell handicrafts, ceramic work,
terracotta art and other traditional artisan work. There are also two
small shopping plazas in Manzanillo. Barra de Navidad is a wonderful
place to browse for souvenirs and home decor.
