Spectacular House Overlooking Florida Bay and the Lagoon in Key Largo

Views of the Florida Bay and Lagoon from every room in the house.   

The house is 3 stories and 3,200 square feet under air conditioning and you can see water from any window in the house.  The house sits on a large swimmable salt water lagoon and from the front of the house starting on the 2nd floor you can see the Florida Bay.   It has 3 bedrooms, (queen, queen and 2 twin beds) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The house is built on stilts and on the first floor there is parking under the house, large outside patio area with BBQ Grille and a small storage area.  Walk up the beautiful lighted steps to the second floor front entrance/foyer.  The second floor has the master bedroom, master bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2nd full bathroom and a den with large tv, desk and couch.  The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and large open shower.  Off the master bedroom there is an outside balcony overlooking the lagoon.  Walk up the foyer area on the beautiful curved wood stairway to the third floor entrance of the living room.  Look to the North and see through the large picture window the Florida Bay and look to the South and see the large swimmable lagoon.  On the third floor is the huge kitchen with a ton of space, dining room, living room with fireplace, 3rd bedroom, 1/2 bath and an outside balcony with an outdoor patio table and chairs.  There is a small row boat that you can use while staying at the house.

The Lagoon is enclosed (does not lead to any open water) and very clean and clear and only allows non-motorized boats, paddleboards, windsurfers, etc.

Underneath the house (Patio Area) there is a 6-8 person Jacuzzi, table and chairs.

Lounge chairs out back by the lagoon to cacht some rays!

Cabana room downstair with toilet, sink, refridgerator, life jackets, blow up lagoon toys and etc.

Feed the fish with puppy chow that we leave a the house for you.
