This private estate is located on the mountain slopes of Mombacho Volcano (extinct 10,000 years).In this  
climate of appox. 70-80 degrees year round, you will enjoy (along with 2 types of monkees) views of Granada,  
the islands of Granada and the lush background of being in the only private certified organic coffee farm in  
southern Nicaragua. 
The  15 min. drive to Granada makes dining there effortless, although most folks never leave after the first day  
there. You can enjoy nature walks on the cobblestone roads in the compound while enjoying the amazing birds  
and fauna native to the mountain. After the walk or bike ride slip into one of the two jaccuzzi's (in or outside of  
the home) to relax and enjoy the amazing views. If you must...go ahead and surf the net as it is highspeed and 
also available. 
The custom door systems, allow the entire view and breeze side of the home to open for views and the  
wonderful breeezes from the Lake Nicaragua 1000' feet below into the open floor plan of the fantasic space. 
 
The location of "Mombacho Vista"  is the perfect "base" for your excursions around all of Nicaragua. With 24/7  
full security you can come and go as you please. We arrange transportation/drivers if needed. Housekeeping  
every day.
