Vacation Rental Description

It is an 8-10 minute  walk to the beach from this classic 1892, fully
updated Victorian, located in historic Narragansett Pier. Enjoy its
stained glass windows, octagonal living room, heart pine floors,  and
large formal dining room with French doors leading to a small 2nd
porch. Bright and sunny with many, many windows, it has an original,
deep claw foot tub as well as a separate shower. With both a living
room, family room and large porch, the house is spacious and
comfortable. Four adult passes to the  Narragansett town beach are
provided. Children under 12 are not charged admission.  Enjoy classic,
turn of the century summer living in this fine Victorian, named by its
original owners, Nirvana.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully applianced, the house has many amenities, such as posturepedic
mattresses, upgraded cable, DVD, a  gas grill, and a large, level back
yard with clothesline. High Speed Internet access is provided.

We provide a vacuum cleaner, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave,
utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster,
expanded cable television. 

Bedspreads and pillows are provided but sheets, towels and pillow
cases are not. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, tennis and cycling. Block Island
Ferry and Newport mansions nearby.
