Vacation Rental Description

Gun Lake is the largest inland lake between Chicago and Detroit. This newly renovated (both outside and 
inside) four bedroom house is situated on a private part of the lake close to the state park. Located within very 
short distance of a convenience store, gas station, pizzeria, ice cream and movie rentals.  Private location on 
the lake yet convenient.

Four beautifully furnished rooms all with new carpet, paint easily sleeping 10-12 people. Includes master suite 
with walk in closet and private half bath with full views of lake. Second master with triple bunk, double bed, 
walk in closet and own full bathroom.  Upstairs a "jack and jill" with own full bathroom.  Brand new kitchen and 
appliances, granite counter top open to family room and dining area.  There is also a sun room opening onto a 
large deck with gorgous views of the lake.  There is also a second lower tier deck with fire pit allowing more 
room for relaxing.  The beach area is sandy, perfect for kids and there is a shed with plenty beach toys.  

This is truly a luxury rental in an amazing setting.

Upon booking a $250 refundable deposit is due to hold 
the date. One month prior to the arrival date, the remainder 
is due. If the property is left the way it was upon arrival the 
$250 will be refunded to you. Cancellations may be made before 
the final amount is due in order to receive full deposit refund.
