Vacation Rental Description

This home boasts incredible views of the water with a wonderful front porch. Located on Great Pond 
there is full access, by boat, to Nantucket Sound.  This Cape Cod retreat is the perfect place to 
unwind and relax with family and friends.  The yard has been tended to with love and has an 
abundance of flowers and plants. 
The spacious first floor has a living room, dining room, sun room, fully equipted kitchen, 2 
bedrooms, both with twin beds, and a full bath.
The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a full size and twin bed and a bath.  The other, a huge 
master suite with a king size bed as well as a day bed and full bath.
This house is a wonderful place for small or large groups.  For larger family reunions or

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer/dryer, gas grill, large yard, fully fenced/enclosed back yard, outdoor shower, 2 
refrigerators.  Passes to private beach. Boat mouring available. 3 TV's with cable, VCR/DVD player. 
Large picnic table for outdoor dining. Front porch with rockers to sit and enjoy the views.

Activities and Attractions

This is just a great, safe neighborhood where vacationers revisit year after year.  Great for 
walking and riding bicycles, safe for children, and extremely welcoming. 
Across the street one can canoe, windsurf, fish, swim, or just watch the boats go by.
Along with this rental comes a pass to the private association beach in Acapesket.  The beach is 
facing the Vinyard Sound and offers bike racks, volley ball, and a great 4th of July celebration.  
The Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is located nearby Falmouth Harbor and the ferry to Nantucket leaves 
from Hyannis a 20 minute drive.  
Whale watches, sports fishing excursions,ocean sports rentals,jet skis, bike rentals, are all a 
short distance.
Down town Falmouth has wonderful shops and restaurants and Wednesday night concerts in the park. 
Falmouth is the town of the minor league baseball team, the Commodore's who play many evenings at 
the field on Main Street.
What could be more famous to Falmouth but the Falmouth Road Race.  Thousands of people flock to 
Falmouth to participate or just watch the many famous runners.  The finish line to the race is a 
short walk from this home to Falmouth Heights beach. 
A must see, is the neighboring town of Wood Hole, a fishing village which offers water front 
restaurants, shopping, galleries, and a hands on Aquarium.  Woods Hole features it's own film 
festival each summer and is the home of the Oceanographic Insitiute which offers many classes and a 
wonderful childrens camp and excursions on their glass bottom boat.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2300.00 per week during summer season, June-September.  Monthly rentals are negotiable.
