accommodations and the many activities the resort and surrounding area
have to offer. Free shuttles run continuously assuring you convenient
access to all of the resort's amenities.

The unit features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a loft. The
master bedroom features a television, vaulted ceiling and fabulous
views. The master bathroom features an over-sized Jacuzzi tub and
double sinks. One of the bedrooms has a pair of bunk beds. There are
two additional pull-out couches. The kitchen is stocked with
everything you need from utensils to cookware. A separate dining room
provides plenty of room to eat and relax. There are two private decks
and wonderful views from the top of the mountain from virtually every
room.

Please make special note of the following:

1.-There is absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in the condo.
2.-Local fire codes do not permit use of fireplaces. Please do not use the fireplace.
3.-Please remove your shoes and leave them at the front door EVERY TIME you enter the condo.
Worn carpet from tracked in dirt is the number one issue that develops when renting one's unit. So
far, we've been fortunate. Please contribute to our good fortune.
4.-We have a noise policy. Please note that there shall be no noise that is audible outside of the
rental unit after 10 PM in the evening.
5.-The security deposit may be used to recover physical damages to the unit, as well as other damages
related to noise, cleaning of excessive trash (inside or outside of the unit) and violations of laws
and ordinances.

Free broadband internet connection, television with VCR/DVD and TiVO
digital video recorder.

Reservations are accepted based on our receipt of your deposit. We
cannot "hold" the condo unit until we receive payment. Therefore, some
people have requested if we can accept electronic payments in order to
quickly guarantee your reservation. We now accept PayPal for our unit
listed on VacationRentals! When you inquire, be sure to request a
PayPal Invoice via email.
