Rental Rate Notes: 
I accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Email invoices will be sent. 2 night minimum. Rates  
are in $US and subject to change without notice. Rates do not include 11.5% Florida sales tax or  
$80.00 departure cleaning fee.  
 
The $500 security deposit is required upon the time of reservation.  The remaining rental 
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
The refundable security deposit of $500.00 is due 30 days prior to  
arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property  
after departure unless there are damages to the townhouse or loss of  
any contents. 
Smoking in screened patio or outside only.
