Spacious 1,100 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with oceanview private roof terrace which comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Elegantly designed interior & furnishings create a relaxing and comfortable environment built for your vacation pleasure. The condo has very nice furnishings including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The building, Palmar del Sol, is a 3 story, 20 unit condominium that is very quiet and peaceful with a huge swimming pool and beautiful private garden area larger than most in Playa. The building is located on pedestrian-only 5th Avenue in the north upscale area of Playa Del Carmen, 2 blocks from a gorgeous, public beach (Mamitas Beach)and many excellent restaurants and cafes. We provide spring water and beach towels for your use.

There is an abundance of great entertainment and activities in Playa Del Carmen from great restaurants, clubs and coffee shops to live music and outdoor diners. Shopping is extensive, from economical regional crafts, to clothing, jewelry and art. The core entertainment and shopping area is along the main pedestrian street, known as Quinta Avenida or Fifth Avenue. During the day it has great shopping and restaurants, by night it is closed off to automobiles and comes alive with energy and excitement. Activities abound in the area including extensive Mayan ruins, gorgeous eco water parks and world class deep sea diving and snorkeling. A deposit of 40% is requested to hold reservations.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $350.00 U.S.D. is requested 15 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded upon
departure.

Cancellations and Refunds.

*Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50.00 USD
charge.
*Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, a 25% fee of the total
amount
of stay will be applied.
*Changes in reservation dates less than 30 days of arrival , have a $ 50.00 USD Charge
*In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee of remaining period reserved will be applied
