Located in the Village of Duval, a short walk to the pool and Seabreeze Rec Center. Nearby is Havana Country Club,Colony Plaza is adjacent to Colony Rec Center and is a bustling shopping center with Publix grocery, a  Bank, Walgreens, clothing shops, beauty/ barber shops, dry cleaners, Liquor store, gas Station and Restaurants.   Both Seabreeze and Colony Rec centers have fittness centers. We are located  approx. 10 minutes from Lake Sumter which is one of the Downtown Squares which provide live nightly entertainment, dancing and happy hours from 5 to 9 pm every night.

Rates are for two people. No smoking, no pets. Taxes, utilities, cable w/DVR, trash, lawn service, local and long distance within US are included.

Lanai: Relax and enjoy TV in the enclosed temperature controlled or open air Lanai, that can accommodate 6 people, friendly furnished atmosphere, and ample space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening entertaining while sipping a glass of wine. Newspaper delivered daily.

Living Room: 42in Flat screen TV, Comcast cable,DVR,local/long distance phone, cell phone signal booster. recliner and 2 comfy love seats, and bar stools.Large mirrored wall to brighten up the room, DVD's, and board games, cards & dice for those lazy days at home when you need some time off from golf and other activities,or have guests visiting also numerous movies on cable. We always offer a very clean home ,free of no smoking and no pets.

High Speed internet Wi-Fi provided. (should you bring your Lap-Top) conversation area, and a private outdoor patio. Lawn chairs provided. Just bring your clothes and tooth brush.

Watch patrols the community around the clock to maintain the safety and privacy of the residents. You will find a gated self-contained,
clean, well maintained, beautifully groomed community with a Regional
Hospital on the grounds, as well as Emergency Medical Services.

The 2 town squares have a scenic collection of town square shops and
restaurants that offer a down home friendly atmosphere where you can kick up your heels to old time Rock & Roll, Jazz, Blues, Country and Swing. Or perhaps you would rather see the latest films. We have two 8 screen Movie
Theatres (16 movies) or bowl 10 frames at one of our two state-of-the-

Security Deposit is $500-$700 due with application, (refundable within 30 days of departure if Villa is left in as found condition). Cancellation of a contract will result in forfeit of the deposit. Violation of no pets, no smoking policy will incur $250 additional cleaning fee.

Rent due 90 days prior to arrival, in most cases.
