Vacation Rental Description

New patio villa is decorator furnished and very clean. Lots of extras come with this 2 Bedroom 2  
Bath 1-1/2 car garage and a golf cart is available. Each room appointed with your comfort in mind,  
providing an ideal environment for a truly memorable vacation. Located in the Village of Sabal Chase  
near the new Sumter Landing Town Square and 15 minutes from the Spanish Springs Town Square, both  
of which have live entertainment, dancing and happpy hours 7 nights a week.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Relax and get acquainted with the villagers from the temperature controlled or open air Lanai,  
furnished friendly atmosphere, and ample space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening entertaining. 
Living Room: 32in TV, VCR/DVD, CD Stereo, for those lazy days at home, also numerous movies on  
cable, board games, local phone provided, conversation area, recliner, comfy sofa, bar stools and a  
private outdoor patio. If you need golf clubs, we have a set of men's and women's used clubs. Just  
bring your clothes and tooth brush. 
Kitchen: Bright and cheery eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster,  
microwave,icemaker, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, all linens and  
towels, washer/dryer, beautiful evening auto/timer accent lighting and lots more to give your stay  
that special touch. There are ceiling fans throught the home. 
Master Bedroom: 26in wall-mounted TV, King size bed with private bath. 
Guest Bedroom: 20in TV, VHS/DVD, Queen size bed, adjacent full bath. 
The Villages is a wonderful place for adult living. Neighborhood Watch patrols the community around  
the clock to maintain the safety and privacy of the residents. You will find a gated self-contained,  
clean, well maintained, beautifully groomed community with a Regional Hospital on the grounds, as  
well as Emergency Medical Services.

Activities and Attractions

The 2 town squares have a scenic collection of town square shops and restaurants that offer a down  
home friendly atmosphere where you can kick up your heels to old time Rock & Roll, Jazz, Blues,  
Country and Swing. Or perhaps you would rather see the latest films. We have two 8 screen Movie  
Theatres (16 movies) or bowl 10 frames at one of our two state-of-the-art bowling centers, then meet  
and greet fellow Villagers at the famous Katie Belles for dinner and dancing with great live  
entertainment. (Private club for residents/renters in The Villages)  
The Villages has about 25 Recreation Centers, where you will find free billards, exercise classes,  
line dancing being taught, softball, horseshoes, bocce, card games, shuffleboard, pickleball and  
tennis.  
Is anyone ready to watch a great Polo game at our 2 huge Polo fields? An array of hobby and  
educational activities are offered (1100 activities per month) along with over 30 large swimming  
pools. Adult pools, sports pools and family pools.  
Now for the golf lovers: There are 33 golf courses within The Villages and they are all unique and  
beautiful. Free golf on the 24 executive courses and you can play as much as you want. The  
Championship courses like Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez to name two, are open to you at a reduced  
rate with your guest pass and a one time $50.00 fee. Also driving ranges and golf instructions are  
available to learn to play or improve your game. All of this is just a golf cart away!! 
Dining: Elegant restaurants and Country Clubs or Hamburger, Hot Dogs, Pizza or a picnic.  
Churches: Almost every denomination. 
Shopping: Whatever your wants or needs high end or low end you can find them here. Yes, we have 2  
Wal-Mart's nearby. 
The Villages has its own TV station, radio station and daily newspaper to keep you informed of all  
the activities. 
The Villages has something for everyone from the young to the not so very young. 
Nearby Attractions: The Villages is located in central Florida within approximately 1-1/2 hrs of  
Disney World, Cypress Gardens, Datona Raceway experience, Sea World, Universal Studios, Tampa Bay,  
Silver Springs, Epcot Center, of course the beaches and a litle farther is Kennedy Space Center or  
take a day trip in any direction and you will find some of the most interesting and unique towns.

January - March          $2500.00 per month 
April                    $1500.00 per month 
May                      $1200.00 per month 
June                     $ 900.00 per month 
July - August            $ 800.00 per month 
September - November     $1200.00 per month 
December                 $1500.00 per month 
 
The remainder of 2008 is booked. 
May through December 2009 are available. 
All rates are subject to Florida Sales and Use tax of 9% except for rentals of six months or more.  
Cancellations are subject to a $200.00 administation fee.
