chairs, a fireplace, flat screen tv and stereo system.  
 
Two full bathrooms have been redesigned with hand-painted tiling, brick  
floors and antique fixtures and basins.  
 
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet, and full bathroom. Just off of the master bedroom

the den with a small sofa and desk. Two guest bedrooms include one queen sized bed or two twin beds,  
and one full guest bathroom.

$300/night, 3 night minimum stay 
$1500 weekly rate 
Monthly rate negotiable.  
$125 cleaning fee - No smoking 
50% down payment required at time of booking 
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to expected arrival date for refund less 15% handling fee.  
No refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date. 
 
Indian Market, Christmas, New Years $450/ night, 3 night minimuum stay $2250 week, 6 night stay.  
$125 cleaning fee- No smoking 
50% deposit required at time of booking, balance of payment due 14 days prior to check in. 
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check in date for refund less 15% handeling fee. 
No refund on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date.
