Vacation Rental Description

Roomy, house located in the quiet community of Carolina Shores. This
house is located on the Carolina Shores Golf Course. The house is not
on the ocean but is 
approximately 6 miles from Cherry Grove Beach or Sunset Beach. 
Property has 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is fully 
furnished.  Master bedroom has queen size bed and private bathroom
with jacuzzi tub.
 
Guest bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds. Guest bedroom #2 has 1 full size
bed. Guest bedroom #3 has 1 twin bed. Great for vacationer who loves
golfing and the beach atmosphere without the congestion.

Vacation Rental Amenities

House offers large great room, full kitchen, six piece dining 
room set, breakfast nook, bar, large patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher,
refrigerator, range, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, 3
TVs with Cable, 
DVD Players for each TV, iron, double garage with automatic garage door 
to protect your vehicle.

Community Pool and Tennis Courts. 

Activities and Attractions

Located less than 20 minutes from Barefoot landing, House of Blues, 
and Alabama Theater.  Fine dining, golf courses, nightlife, and 
recreational activities are only minutes away.  Myrtle beach airport 
is located approximately 30 minutes south on Hwy 17 bypass, with 
easy access to all major roads and bypasses.  Plenty of shopping 
centers, and grocery stores located within minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

July Special: $125 per night with 3 night minimum or $850 per week!!! 

Jan 01 thru March 31: $600.00 per week
April 01 thru June 23: $800.00 per week
June 24 thru Aug. 04: $1000.00 per week
Aug 05  thru Oct. 27: $800.00 per week
Oct. 28 thru Dec. 31: $600.00 per week

Visa/MasterCard/Discover Accepted!

$200.00 dollar deposit required at least two weeks in advance to 
reserve a week.  Individuals reserving the house has to be 25 years 
old or older and must accompany the party during the week or weeks 
reserved.

No Smoking, No Pets.
Monthly Rates Available.

Rates do not include 6.75% occupancy tax.
