Vacation Rental Description

FREE Wireless High Speed Internet Service in unit, Cable TV (with DVD and VCR),local and long  
distance telephone service are provided. Great for Families and Business Travelers! Our condo offers  
amazing views from the 3rd floor corner unit of the powder-sand beach located right across the  
street. The unit is available for weekly ormonthly rentals and has a spacious screened-in lanai.  
Fully equipped kitchen, including dishes and utensils,range,dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave,and  
toaster oven.  Each roomy bedroom has an adjoining bath and ample closets. Complete linens are  
furnished, including bath and beach towels.

2 Bedroom/2 Bath Rates-sleeps up to 6 people 
(Plus sleeper sofa and rollaway)  
 
SUPER SUMMER WEEKLY RATES/May 1-December 14  
$900  
 
WINTER WEEKLY RATES/Dec 15 - April 30  
$1300  
 
Rates based on 4 person occupancy 
Credit Cards accepted - Visa, MC, PayPal 
Rates do not include 11% FL tax & 5% processing service fee from 
Condo office to handle all paperwork, check in, check out, etc.  
 
PAYMENT PLAN: 
1/3 of rental amount is due at the time you make your reservation,  
- another 1/3 is due 90 days prior to arrival,  
- and balance due a week before check-in.  
 
Security deposit of $300.00 is also collected with final balance and is refunded approximately 3 to  
4 weeks after check-out.
