Vacation Rental Description

**Luxuriously, professionally decorated** appointed 3,000 sq ft home.  Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 
loft/office; 
two living rooms dining room and eat in kitchen. Kitchen has coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, 
brand new 
appliances, refrigerator has automatic ice maker and water dispenser and Counter-top wine 
refrigerator, ALL 
kitchen utensils (a gourmet kitchen!) Check out the pictures...you won't believe your eyes!

Fully covered outdoor living area with space heater.  Downstairs patio seats ten comfortably and 
eight upstairs 
on the large walk out balcony.  Additional chairs provided if needed.  Salt water, pebble-tec pool 
with two water 
sheers and hot tub that seats eight.  Hot tub reaches 118 degrees!

Televisions, Direct TV, and I-Pod docking stations in every room, surround sound in living room.  
Printer and fax 
machine in loft/office; work station for those that can't seem to completely get away. 
Library/sitting area with 
impactful 25ft high celings in living rooms and a gas fireplace. 

Master Suite with exterior access to second floor balcony.  Custom cherry closet in master suite. 
Dual sinks and 
counter tops, vanity area, garden tub and seperate shower for two.  Spare bath has rounded curtain 
rod for 
spaciousness while showering.  Spare bedrooms have child safety bars to place on sides of beds.  All 
four 
bedrooms have queen size pillow top mattresses!
  
Dual climate control; upstairs and downstairs for heat & AC.  Three car driveway and three car 
tandem garge.

Vacation Rental Rates

April to August ....$795 to $895 / week
September to November ....$995 to $ 1295 / week
December to January .....$1295 to $1395 / week        
February to March ....$1395 to $2095 / week       

A fully refundable $500 deposit is required once the keys are returned and house left in the 
condition when 
arrived. The house is available for up to 7 nights at the weekly rate.  Additional nights are $100 
each.  

$125 non-refundable cleaning fee.
