amenities too numerous to mention.  Just steps from the back door is a private staircase leading  
directly to the beach, and a romantic sunset deck overlooking the lake from a clearing in the  
trees.  This exclusive community of fifteen homes also offers a shared walking path to the beach  
that is a more suitable option for those wanting to take a leisurely stroll to the beach.  Watch the  
boat traffic zig-zagging back and forth during the day along with airplanes, ultralights, even the  
U.S. Coast Guard chopper has been known to swoop in for a low fly-by a time or two.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three bedrooms plus loft sleeps up to nine comfortably.  Variety of sleeping arrangements available:  
(1) queen, (2) fulls (one is a pull out), and (3) twins. 
 
Two full bathrooms.  Full kitchen.  Billiard room.  Washer and dryer.  Direct TV satellite to the  
family room, billiard room, and master bedroom.  Antique claw foot tub in the master bath.  Gas  
grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining.  Bed linens and bath towels are included.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 15th through August 29th (High Season): $3500/wk. (weeks including a holiday: $4000/wk.)  
Special arrangements may be made with the homeowners to rent during the off season; please inquire! 
 
FEES:  
 
Security Deposit: There is a security deposit of half the total rent due prior to your stay. Half  
due upon signing of the lease (the booking fee) and the other half due 60 days prior to your stay. 
 
Booking Fee:  A non-refundable booking fee (half of the security deposit) is due upon receipt of a  
signed lease.  This amount is considered non-refundable should you need to cancel your reservation  
and there is not enough time to find a replacement reservation. 
 
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $300 is due along with the total rental payment 30 days prior to  
your stay.
