We will be fully renovated as of mid September 2008! (New tile floors, new 
cabinets, new granite countertops, new showers, new paint, new 
fixtures and appliances.  
 
Located on the Beach/Gulf side of Gulf Shore Blvd. N. Pool on the 
private beach, shuffle board, cabana, BBQ’s & tables for all to enjoy! 
 
Only a few blocks to Venetian Village or bike to old Naples 5th Ave. Spend 
the day at the beach, watch the sunset. Venetian Bay Shopping, 
restaurants and night life within walking distance. Tons of area 
shopping, sports venues, etc. within a short driving distance! 
 
Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, with 3rd floor balcony terrace to 
watch spectacular sunsets and dolphins swim by!

This will be the best condo unit in all of Naples, Continental with 
all new tile floors, 
new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, brand new 
bathrooms,trim, molding, paint and decoration.  
This third floor 1200 square foot air-conditioned living space with 
elevator access has everything you need.  The master bedroom features 
a queen size bed dresser, ample closet space,flat panel television, 
clock radio and adjoining beautiful new tile and granite master bath.   
 
The guest room will have a queen bed, dresser,television, clock radio 
and closet.  A second full bathroom with all new tile and new 
vanity/granite top is adjoining.  
 
The living area has a television, DVD player and couch  All linens and 
towels are 
provided.  A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar area and a 
dining room area with comfortable seating for 4-6.Or if you prefer 
dining outdoors, sit outside on the balcony 
and listen to the waves! 
 
Also included, common laundry room with storage area with beach chairs 
and umbrella for beach use included.   
 
BBQ picnic area with gas grills, direct beach access, heated pool, 
billiards, bike and jog path, bike storage, well lit beautifully 
landscaped grounds, and full-time security guard.

Activities and Attractions

We are located in the heart of Naples, and just a few blocks 
from Old Naples, which offers quaint boutiques, curio shops, cafes and 
fine art galleries.  The shopping is spectacular here!  Enjoy dining 
outdoors or walking along miles of white sand beaches with dazzling 
views of the Gulf of Mexico.   
 
These pristine beaches are consistently rated as amongst the world's 
finest. The view from the balcony often has dolphins swimming by!  
 
There are hundreds of restaurants and places to shop along Gulf Shore 
Blvd (Venetian Village is about 1/4 mile away and within walking 
distance), Routes 41, and of course 5th Avenue and Old Naples are all 
in close proximity ( 5 minute drive). 
 
Close to numerous cultural attractions and minutes away from Ft. 
Myers, Bonita Springs and Marco Island.  Activities in Naples and in 
the immediate vicinity include the Naples Philharmonic Center for the 
Performing Arts, Naples Museum of Art, Naples Nature Center, Naples 
Zoo, Teddy Bear Museum of Naples, Naples Trolley Tour, and Corkscrew 
Swamp Sanctuary.

Availability: January, February, March, April = $6,000/ per month 
(Note: November 08 and December 08, February 2009 and March 2009 are 
not available/already booked!) 
 
Low Season: October, May, June, July, August, September = $4,500/ per 
month 
 
Security deposit of $400 required. Additional cleaning fee of $100.
