Bermuda By The Sea-Sunset Cliffs-2 blocks to Ocean in Ocean Beach

Located in a gentle neighborhood and only two and a half blocks to the ocean. You can hear the waves
crashing and there is always a lovely ocean breeze. This is a wonderful south facing, sunfilled,
charming and happy house. It has light, bright open rooms. A gas fireplace with cement logs (no
mess to clean) is in the living room. You'll find a queen bed smothered with pillows in each bedroom
along with a dresser and is extremely comfortable for 2 to 4 adults. We can also accommodate 4 kids
with a "Della Robbia" sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2, a rollaway stored in a bedroom
closet and a unique chair/bed is in the second bedroom. Hardwood floors thought out. The sunny
and totally equipped kitchen has a "always want to sit here" lovely eat in area. Just off the
kitchen is the seperate cozy dining room which can easily seat 6 peolple. Both the front and back
kid friendly yards are grassy. The back yard is private and is great for BBQ's or just relaxing,
reading, or sunbathing. Three on-site parking places....a big plus for the beach area.

36" TV, DVD, CD Player, High Speed Internet access and Stereo.
Fully equipped kitchen; Microwave, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Espresso and regular coffee
makers, waffle iron, all Cooking Utensils, Pot and Pans, Dishes, Linens, Towels, Paper goodies,
Washer and Dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen.
Down comforters and pillows for all beds.

You'll love Ocean Beach! It is a casual and relaxed seaside town. Fascinating for children (and
adults) are the numerous tide pools along the beautiful beaches. Stroll or fish from the O. B.
Pier. You are just minutes from the heart of Ocean Beach with an assortment of excellent
restaurants, sandwich shops, South Beach Bar and Grill...featured in "Zagat", and lots of oceanfront
dining. Newport Ave. (main street) bustels in the summer and is filled with Antique shops,
Boutiques and coffee shops. Every Wednesday you wiil find a wonderful Farmers Market with fresh
fruit, vegtables, herbs, cheese and flowers.

Balboa Park with it's fascinating museums is only 15 minutes away as is the San Diego Zoo and we Sea
World. Not to be missed as well is the GasLamp Quarter and it spectacular night life and fabulous
reataurants. It too is only 15 minutes away.

San Diego International Airport is only 15 minutes away. This house is not in the flight path. It
is a quiet neighborhood.
