Vacation Rental Description

Two story home located on the Charlie Creek Arm of Shasta Lake. Four bedrooms, two baths with dining  
room next to the kitchen.  A greatroom is located upstairs for family gatherings and offers  
beautiful views.  A large covered deck sits just off the greatroom. 
 
Property sits on an approximate 1 acre parcel with a brook running through the back portion, and  
sits next to National Forest land.  A trail leads to the shoreline of the Charlie Creek Arm where  
swimming, boating and fishing in the arm is available.  
 
There is ample parking on the property for vehicles, boats and RV's.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.  One bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds  
consisting of full size bottoms and twin tops.  A gas Bar B Q is located on the deck next to  
greatroom.  Kitchen fully equipped.  Laundry available.  Large screen TV with DVD.  Wireless high  
speed internet available.  Two wood fire places.  All linen supplied.  
 
No need to drive anywhere for lakeside activities.  The property is adjacient to the Charlie Creek  
Arm of Shasta Lake.  A short walk will lead you to the shoreline where great fishing and swimming  
can be enjoyed.  You can also keep your boats and jet skis at the shoreline below the home. 
Boat ramps are just minutes away. 
 
Much of the property is under a canopy of very large trees which provides shade for your out door  
enjoyment.  Evening gatherings under the shade near the brook make for great pleasure.

Activities and Attractions

Shasta Lake offers 365 miles of shoreline.  It offers boating, swimming and year-round, great  
fishing such as bass, trout, lake salmon, catfish and even sturgeon.  The lake is dotted with many  
resorts, launching ramps and camp grounds.   
 
Shasta and the surrounding counties makes this area unique for visitors.  Really, to much to do to  
describe here but some of the high-lights are:

Actually, it would not be possible to even visit and enjoy all of these attractions within a three  
or four week period, but amazingly all are within easy reach of the home.  
 
In the small town of Lakehead, you will find a fully stocked grocery store, gas station, three great  
eateries and a small coffee shop just to name a few.  We also have a wonderful church.

Vacation Rental Rates

Home is available all year.   
 
Summer Season:  $2000 per week.  $350 per night with 3 night minimum. 
 
Off Season:  $1850 per week.  $300 per night with 3 night minimum.  (Holidays excluded) 
 
All rates subject to 10% Shasta County Tax. 
 
$500 security deposit required. 
 
All fees payable prior to occupancy.
